Jim, That is a powerful and well-thought through 5 pt, plan. Is there
anyway you can print this up and get it out to the general public?
Every politician worth his or her salt should adopt this kind of
platform. Why not help gather other points that are as well detailed as
yours and get it out, at least on cyberspace.
