Fantastic! "Course" sounds great (sexy title). We need to share grounding
methods some way. 

What a great legacy in book form is COURAGE TO LEAD. The pastor who
catalyzed the "RS-I" in MN was so saddened to hear of Brian's death, for
Brian had been a mentor for him at Academy in '77 (the Academy during which
Joe died).

We have a course called "Participation Paradigm." It's secular, spirit
course - an anathema to some on this list, I'm sure. We teach it mostly to
"advanced" facilitators - those with enough experience to make some sense
out of it.  Its not RS1 and does not pretend to be, but it contains the
major images - the squeeze - the intrusion - the 'word' - freedom,obedience
and responsibility and the wedgebllade. We only refer to the religious
terminology when asked. We use interactive, grounding exercises and we
'study' chapters from "the Courage to Lead.

We have also been doing several study group sessions that take people right
through the Courage to Lead. The last one, in a major health care
institution, was "sold out" within an hour of its announcement.

Interestingly enough, registrations for Al Gore's power point crashed the
University of Toronto's website 3 minutes after his presentation went up on
their site.  $20 tickets were scalped for up to $500.

People seem quite hungry for some real sense of meaning in their lives.
