On a recent visit to our middle school (4th 5th 6th), I noticed the large decor in the main entry way.  I was impressed, and explored the idea a little deeper.  It turns out that each classroom has a daily meeting to discuss the month's "pillar".  I was told that the elementary school has a similar program.
 
This gives me hope!
