Bob, thank you for sending this. David's rebuke leaves no room for  
ambiguity.  I am disturbed that he wants to withdraw from ICAI as a  member.  I don't 
know what the relationship is between Hamje and  ICAI.  My guess is that it is 
Ken's bright idea that it would make his  company more attractive as an 
investment to people like me who would like to  support ICAI, and ICAI may not even 
have known about the proposition.  I  hope someone - maybe John - will talk 
with them about it.
