some reason, seems an answer to what next - the past is approved (crummy
though it may have been), present is received (you, me, all us chickens),
and well, you know the drill re the future.Maybe the gutted community can
tell another story now?

failure. But his followers experienced an event in the midst of his death
and their gutted community that empowered them to tell a story that built
new community, changed global history, and is helping to guide evolution.
Theirs is a story of transformation. In the 20th century, John Knox, a Jesus
follower, wrote, in so many words, event creates story and story creates
event . . . unendingly. That's the way of the journey. ~jpc
