One of the interviewers tonight is the Reverend Dr. Sharon Watkins, the President and General Minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Up until July 2005, she was Senior Pastor of my local church (Disciples Christian Church in Bartlesville, OK). She is a very sharp lady and close personal friend.

  Tonight on CNN from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm EDT, Sen. Hillary Clinton, former Sen. John Edwards and Sen. Barack Obama will be featured on a Forum on "Faith, Values and Poverty."  These are currently the three leading contenders for the Democratic nomination for President of the U.S. in runup to the 2008 election.

  This forum is being sponsored by CNN and Sojourners, and co-sponsored by Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good, The ONE Campaign, Oxfam, and Easter University.
