[Dialogue] A Book - a must read

The best writer about what is happening in the world with the poorest  
folks around is Nicholas D. Kristof, in my opinion.
He stated today in his column in the New York Times that: the best  
book on international affairs so far this year: Paul Collier’s “The  
Bottom Billion: Why the Poorest Countries are Failing and What Can Be  
Done About It.”
I haven't read this book, but looking at the reviews on  
Amazon.com...I suspect it is a must read for anyone involved in any  
kind of development work.
I put this on here just in case any of my colleagues missed it.
