You have to do your own proof reading and have others do it also.
I've always said, it is not possible to print anything without an
error somewhere.
My book, The Facilitative Way, has two of the triangles labeled
wrong...the layout artist had to retype those, and made two mistakes
which we didn't catch. Those triangles are too important to let go
that way (although probably the first 50 or so did) so every book
that goes out...I put two little stickers over those mistakes. Isn't
really too bad...I did 37 books last night in less than an hour, but
you have to have a really good TV show going while you do it or you
die of boredom.
