It seems to me that the mission statement (bylaws) for ICA would be
different than mission statement for EI. Therefore, that could account for
the archives not being a primary concern for the Board. Perhaps, EI needs a
Board that would focus on its mission. It would be interesting to read the
EI mission statement, if it has one.
