Colleagues:

Please remember that the server that supports this list has a limited
supply of memory.

On a list serve that goes to everyone, remember that messages to
individuals should be sent to them not to the whole list serve.

Do not use the reply function when you want to send a message to one
person.  Send them to the person in question directly by using forward
and the putting in their address or simply prepare and send a new message.
