[Dialogue] Creating Citizen Participation at the state level

I knew you must be out there somewhere.

My first suggestion is watch the dvd of The Secret. which is about how we
attract the results we want (I have just tried three sentences to say what
it is about and I can't.) Anyway just watch it.  I'd love to know how it
effects your planning process.  Marge
