[Dialogue] fred buss

Folks,
 
This is probably the correct one.  Perhaps the Tuecke's would way  in.   
About 8 years ago we all had breakfast in Miami, and Fred joined  us.  He regaled 
us for 4 hours (almost nonstop -- but hilarious) about  everything and then 
handed out his syllabus for the sociology course he was  teaching at the 
community college -- which had practiduum component whereby  these frosh would DO 
sociology -- by going to the mall and conducting some  experiments -- like 
staring at certain people etc.
 
At that time he was living with and taking care of his mother in a  condo 
with a view of the intercoastal waterway.
 
Whoever was at first interested should telephone him!!
