In a fragmented world, with institutions and organizations breaking apart, there is a yearning for common ground, agreement on which to build the new - consensus.  This group has experience to share, of getting from here to there... Thanks for responding, with the skill and insight of the Stanfield family tradition!

  I will send it directly to your email.  I am also hoping that some of you may want to take this
  paper and add points or examples.   I have not written an introduction.  Someone may want 
  to work on that as well.  In my mind this is a corporate paper many of us are writing to be used
  as we wish.
