Just for the record, we have technology that facilitates corporate writing
of just this sort. We need to get Gordon Harper or Tim Wegner into this
conversation with respect to the Repository's functionality.

You recall that one of the features of the "Springboard" site we put up this
past summer at: oecommunity.grouphub.com

...is a "Writeboard" to which an author like Jeanette can upload a draft
that contributors and commentors like the rest of us can amend and add to.
The Writeboard keeps track of the changes and versions that result.
