[Dialogue] [Oe List ...] Draft of consensus paper

Hi Gordon, 
Just so you know, I haven¹t written a thing on consensus.  I have just
reordered the wonderful material the list
serves and individuals sent me.   I am afraid that at this moment I have
forgotten my password to the repository
so can¹t get in.  I will send you the document and you can decide where to
put it.  If David wants to put it up on
his site that will be fine too.   I am afraid that I am a bit confused about
all of the sites at the moment.
