Friends, I am very timid to speak here, however, I have been lurking for several years.

I have just learned of a Television presentation tonight,
Wednesday, April 9 at 1000pm on ABC network with Diane Sawyer.
It is the final lecture given at Carnegie Mellon University
recently by a young professor from my church.  His pancreatic
cancer has returned.

ABC has titled the presentation THE LAST LECTURE: A LOVE
STORY FOR YOUR LIFE.  When I first saw it, it seemed to
be one brilliant man s statement of THE PAST IS APPROVED,
THE FUTURE IS OPEN.

Randy Pausch has  now moved his family away from Pittsburgh to be
near supportive family for the sake of his children.  I am
one of thousands who has been impacted by his journey.

Oprah presented excerpts from the lecture a few weeks after
it was given last spring.
