Dear Pat

I have just heard of David's condition today.  I hadn't seen him since the summer of '71 I think. Then when he came to the Springboard Gathering at Denver, I was so excited to see him again.  But the crowning moment for me was when he saw me and called me by name, "Carl," he said.  "You were an old man 30 years ago."

Well, I thank God for David.  He has been an inspiration to me for these many years and has long been on my interior Council.   Thank you David.
