Actually it is from the 7th paragraph of the Tillich Paper where he
attribuates the statement to Immanuel Kant.

Since we all know that Hillary is a life-long Methodist that she is familar
with quote from Paul - " But where sin abounded, grace did much more
abound," We also know that her youth minister took to RSI, or some variant
of it, and that she is familiar with the Tillich Paper. She has even quoted
parts of it in her book.

Hillary needs to be reminded that the past is approved and the future is
radically open. She needs a little acceptence.
