thanks much for the word, Maria. All this is a journey that all of us are on and all based on choices and relationships. I sure hope to hear more of your stories as you move ahead.

  Dear Top Trainers,
I've spent the last several years learning to create more space in my life for the priorities I've identified as my calling. It is hard to let go of my attachment to the TOP Trainers Network but I know it is time. My calling for the next number of years lies within the emerging work I am doing in women and girls workshops about finding the leader within and clarifying individual purpose and calling. I am now an associate of the Ashland Institute and am doing work with the Oxford Leadership Academy. My voluteer life takes about half my time. I am the Board Chair of our local Girl Scout Council. Our council has had tremendous influence in the last year on the new leadership programs for girls. We've piloted many here and have helped National begin to redefine what is meant by leadership. Add my dear family to the mix and my life is full. To live a balanced life means to focus on the vital few things that give life meaning for me. So, much as I love the people in the network, !
it is time to say goodbye to the Network itself - not the wonderful people in it. will always enjoy hearing from you in the future. My current contact information is below. Love and success to all of you in the New Year and beyond.

Will tomorrow be here soon? ... of course it will. Not once has tomorrow not been here, but what about yesterday? Where is it now? It will be gone to us . . . like today will be long gone ... When tomorrow comes around. -- Dodge Chatto 1975
