Sunny,
Have you belatedly joined Carrie Nation's movement? I, for one, enjoy a little ethanol now and again.

And now, of course, there are those pushing ethanol. Some days I wonder, “will this madness never end?” Other days (this being one of them), I’m ecstatic that the sun is out, especially since it’s friggin’ freezing here this week! (though Monday was like Spring…)

It would be worth a taking a look at King Corn <www.kingcorn.net>;
You can get a CD of the presentation I think its 90 minutes long.
Why? Our take on it--
Documents the way in which we have let corn invade our diet--corn syrup, corn oil--and set the stage for a national epidemic of obesity, created a Federal Farm Subsidy program that barely pays the farmer to keep planting corn while allowing Cargil, Archer, Daniel, Midlands, etc to purchase corn for less than it costs to produce it while we continue to feed the subsidy with our tax dollars.
Any suggestions of films (less than full length) that point up current issues, health, homelessness, urban development, urban gardening, water issues, etc.). I'm part of a film night for a community that is looking at offerings for the year that could keep the community up to speed.
Thanks.
