[Dialogue] For all you milk lovers

Jim, you might be surprised at how many people don't eat ice cream,  
cheese, etc.  For a good part of the human race, they are allergic to  
dairy products.  I would still like to hear from those who've read The  
China Study by T. Colin Campbell.  It's the most comprehensive study  
to date on nutrition ever conducted, or least that's the claim, but I  
have found few medical folks or nutritionists that have ever known  
about the book, let alone have read it.  It has some interesting  
things to say about dairy products among other things.  It may also  
teach something about a diet for the future of the planet.  Too many  
hungry people, with the present notions of what we have to eat,  
animals and crops we have to raise.
