Audrey was a neat lady -- always so positive and such a go-getter.  Nothing  could stop her.
Bob and I loved working with her and being with her during our time in Fifth City.
And she continued to volunteer  with the Fifth City Preschool, applying for funding etc. for many
many years after the ICA moved to the Northside.

A smile always comes to my face when I think of Audrey.  We were blessed to have
known her.

That’s a great response, Carolyn!  Thanks for sending.  I’m afraid I don’t remember Audrey but do remember the name.  All the best, Diann

I worked with Audrey for 2 years in Fifth City. She was such a cheerful and humble person.
Her style was warm and kind.

The drive from her house in Naperville to Fifth City was 26 miles each way! I recall she usually came 3 days a week,

for 25 years.  If I have it right, that would be 195,000 miles or say 4,375 hours just of commuting time.
I estimate she contributed at least 22,500 direct volunteer hours.
That's not including summer programs or courses!!!

Audrey was an extraordinary volunteer to EI/ ICA/ Fifth City.
She truly dedicated her life to service for others.
