Think about the difference between Goolsbee and Clinton's Chief 
Economic Advisor Joe Stiglitz.  Reading Stiglitz' "Globalism and its 
Discontents" is a bracing look at the World Bank/IMF.  Reading "The 
Shock Doctrine" by Naomi Klein is a primer on the Chicago school and 
its methods.  Read and weep.
