Hi,
It is difficult to remember everything. But there was a very strong
emphasis on the facts of one's life including a pretty good rendition of
history when doing eulogy. It was the thought that to honor a person was to
show the reality of that person. To celebrate a life meant to respectively
remember both victories and struggles.
