[Dialogue] FW: [afn-l] If the World could vote

Along the lines of "more people are affected by the election of a US President than actually vote" - a phrase linked to "all the decisions belong to all the people" of the early '70s - I just cast my vote.  I'm reading lots about this mood from around the world - from all sorts of sources.
