Marge, it's in Bultmann's New Testament Theology (forget which volume), complete with the wedgeblade and the X. (You didn't think we were that original with our board images, did you?)
 
Unfortunately, I left my hardbound copies behind in the Boston Religious House, so I can't check out the page numbers for you. But maybe Bengel could.
