And the Academy in Chicago continued to perform the show as part of  
the curriculum until 1980 or 1981!
The Cabaret as well as the Waltz Ball  (did it have a special name?  
something about the victory celebration before the battle?) were two  
of the favorite moments for
my roommate from Egypt.
