Help.Dave,
Valuable books on my bookshelf:
The single most important one - I'd take this to the proverbial desert island:
The Courage to Lead - Transform Self, Transform Society, by R. Brian Stanfield. Inspiring, practical, gives fine introduction to ICA's roots, where we get our values & vision.
The Workshop Book - From Individual Creativity to Group Action, by Brian Stanfield, a ToP Method book
More Than 50 Ways to Build Team Consensus, by R. Bruce Williams
The Facilitative Way - Leadership That Makes the Difference (valuable advanced facilitation, including planning, techniques) by Priscilla H Wilson, Kathleen Harnish and Joel Wright
The Art of Focused Conversation - 100 Ways to Access Group Wisdom in the Workplace, edited by Brian Stanfield
The Art of Focused Conversation for Schools - Over 100 Ways to Guide Clear Thinking and Promote Learning, by Jo Nelson
These may all be available through ICA Canada - I don't know about the ICA-USA office in Chicago. It would be good to ask.

I need to know of any books which describe our human development approach, including our values, principles or vision; our human development consults and projects, our brainstorming and other planning methods, other than Approaches that Work. Dave Thomas
