I have been active in real estate since 1980 (and still am) although I’m not 
sure that “active” is a word I would use in this market.

Your plan makes so much practical sense. Isn’t there some way that you can 
get this idea in the hands of someone who could see that it is actually 
implemented ......and it should happen sooner rather than later. I am in Florida and 
the foreclosures are of crisis proportions.

Under the present system, it seems to me, that everyone loses. I urge you to 
share your ideas with someone who would like to see a practical and just 
solution to this crisis and is in a position to make it happen.
