[Dialogue] Shock Doctrine

There's another good book to read along side of Shock Doctrine and  
that is Economic Hit Man.  It's a personal story of one who worked for  
one of the "Belt Way Bandits" to sell costly programs to 3rd World  
nations that left them with nothing but debt.  Some of us who worked  
in some of the 3rd World countries know a bit about how both books  
worked.
