[Dialogue] Order annuity

We just got Judy signed up and it was done through Carol Pierce.  You  
don't contact the insurance company directly because the annuity owner  
is Carol and the individual is the beneficiary.  She has to sign a lot  
of places and so do you.  Pretty straight forward.
