Hi David & Doris, I haven't heard the names, although I didn't get 
involved until the mid '80s so that doesn't mean that they weren't 
involved here. 

My understanding of ICA's origins in the UK (and what we have on our 
website) is that the first EI course here was in 1968, and the firt ICA 
House was in Teesside in 1971 - so I'm happy to have that latter part 
verified Doris, thank you!  If you or anyone has any recollections of 
those early days in Britain I'd be delighted to hear them and share them 
with others here,
