Seminary symposium to honor Mathews brothers

 
WASHINGTON (UMNS) — A symposium honoring the work and ministries of  United 
Methodist Bishop James K. Mathews and his brother, Joseph, is set Dec.  
17-19 at Wesley Theological Seminary. Bishops John Schol, Felton May and Susan  
Morrison are among the speakers at the event, "Transforming the Legacy: 
People  of the Spirit in the 21st Century." The works of Joseph Mathews, an 
ecumenical  leader, will become part of the archives at the seminary. Further
