A fine photo - wonderful character and caring in those faces.  I rejoice that Ken is with you - and us! in body, spirit and mind.  I remain thankful that Abe was fully with us in mind until the final unconsciousness after he participated in the decision to stop dialysis.  This isn't always possible, but what a gift when it is.
Special love to you, Ruth and Ken.  Time to heal and rest in a relaxed way, I hope - for you both.

  Dear Friends,

   

  You all were so wonderful in your support of letters, cards, jokes, messages and especially photos. It was fun to see what "we all" look like in this time and place.

   

  We thank you! We wish we could do it in person with each one of you.

   

  In lieu of that, I've attached a photo of the two of us as we celebrate this December 2009 Christmas. 

   

  A we hear stories of the outcomes others have had, we realize how lucky we have been. Ken is "all here", his body, spirit and mind (except for a small portion in his occipital lobe!). Even his "orneriness'" is still in tack as well as his kindness and sense of humor. 

   

  Bless us all, every one. Wellness be with you and yours.
