If you want to get personally involved at this stage, here's some ideas. Or create and post your own.
1. Save your old shoes to throw at the Bush library when it opens.
2. Send your old shoes to Texas colleagues to throw.
3. Send your old shoes to the president of SMU with an appropriate note.
4. Go to Crawford and chuck your old shoes over the fence. Try not to hit the Secret Service.
5. Pile your old shoes on Laura's front lawn. She's home, he isn't (they've split; he's in Crawford).
6. If you have no old shoes, but some at Goodwill.
