[Dialogue] Stimulous package

When we started the US12 HDPs in 1978, The Pace Project hosted an Auxiliary trading event for the staffs that were going to the 3 projects in Area Houston. David  Rebstock gave a presentation on economics of our work. HE talked about how new activity brings in new money into community. As it is spent, it begins to  turn over, hopefully several time in the local economy. 

When we got to Gibson, one of the first things we did was a door to door survey. We found that there where 71 people working in the town. Before we left we did another study and found that over 80 new jobs had been created. Now that is what is called stimulus
