Thanks, Jo, for pointing this out.  I was pleasantly surprised and  deeply 
addressed by Rick Warren's prayer.  Guess there's a reason for his  large 
following.  Especially present was the dynamic of confession.   Something like, 
Where we have failed  ___________ , Forgive us, Lord.   There were several of 
these phrases, but the one that struck me was more or  less "Where we have failed 
to be tolerant of one another."
