Beret,
My thoughts are with you as practical decisions swirl around. The celebration March 28 will be powerful and deep - and I'll especially be thinking of you then as well. So hard to have a less direct relationship with someone such a part of you - but always he will be in what you do and who you are. May you feel the harvest of love you and Ron have widely sown, and may the gentle steel of Spirit be beside, beneath, above you.
Janice

Subject: [Dialogue] Ron Griffith - Journey On
Dear friends and colleagues,
Ron died peacefully on Thursday, March 12 at 12:35 am. We sat with him throughout his Big Journey.
Thank you for your care for us over the past nine months.
Grace and Peace,
Beret
ON THE DAY I DIE
On the day I die, when I'm being carried
toward the grave, don't weep. Don't say,
'He's gone! He's gone." Death has nothing
to do with going away. The sun sets and
the moon sets, but they're not gone.
Death is a coming together. The tomb
looks like a prison, but it's really
release from union. The human seed goes
down in the ground like a bucket into
the well where Joseph is. It grows and
comes up full of some unimagined beauty
Your mouth closes here and immediately
opens with a shout of joy there.
