Last night at Webster University (St. Louis) we heard Joel Palatin of Polyface Farms speak re sustainable farming.? He was featured in the documentary Food, Inc. as well as the book it was based on The Omnivore's Dilemma--which is required reading for all the incoming freshmen this year at Webster U.
