[Dialogue] resources on sustainable community development

Hello Colleagues.


My friend in Moscow, Alexey Kuzmin, has an interesting client in Khazakhstan—a huge oil consortium interested in resources on sustainable community development. 

Alexey is charged with developing an overview of resources and wondered what sources and links the ICA network might recommend on how to do sustainable community development, including learning from failures.

What do you consider our most important resources related to sustainable community development? (tangible things that could be mailed or emailed to Russia)
