Meg, my daughter with Beth Beach-Hacking, current Ecumenical desk officer of the Episcopal Church national office in NYC, and participant in the '84 Chicago Assembly, sent this request. Might you give it a couple of seconds?
Thanks.

Hello,
I suppose I should write a little something about what's going on with me at the moment, but I'm sure you all have much more important things to do than read all of the things that I've been up to, so I'll try and keep this as short as possible. As some of you might or might not know, the television show 'GLEE' is holding open auditions, and I decided - since there was nothing to lose - to audition.
Each and every one of you has touched my life in some way in terms of theatre or music or some mixture of the two, and I'm hoping that maybe you can extend that unquantifiable courtesy just one more time. The Glee auditions rely on votes from people who watch the videos - I believe it's a 'gold star' system - and it's my understanding that only the videos with the most stars are looked at by producers.
I am well aware that this is an extremely competitive process, and I understand if you don't have the time to take a look at the videos, but if you do and if you can, please check out my videos (http://bit.ly/9nDSp3) and, if warranted, vote for me.
Every little bit counts.
Thanks so much for all the support you've shown me already. I really, really appreciate it.
Best,
Meg Beach-Hacking
