[Dialogue] Health Caretakers

Does anyone know...is there a copy of one of the Health Caretakers  
Manuals we used in Human Dev. Projects on the Golden Pathways. I  
couldn't find one. Or do you know where I can get a copy? I know Cano  
Negro had them...and I think Majuro. I assume most of the projects did  
that.
I'd like to have a copy from anywhere.
