major faiths? no not faith in unseen but different human questions 
Isn't there a multi-cultural salvation? no
Buddhism is about reducing suffering
Christianity is about salvation
Confucianism is about creating social order
Islam is about remembering your own pride & pride throughout a culture
Taoism is about human flourishing & freedom---
Karen: I don't know... Hubert Dreyfus is a well know philosopher at UC BerkeleyHe's taught for 40 years there especially Kierkegaard & Heidegger
