Thank you for the clarification.  I am embarassed but so there it is.  I did
start today.  It was inspiring and fascinating.  I think (and hope) I can
find some money for the work.  Peace and quietness to you.  I saw some
environmental stuff today that could be program opportunity.  I will look
further but it may be of interest to you.  Thanks for the connections; I am
