Joe Thomas asked me to pass this on.  Our dear friend and colleague  
Fred Buss (one that Joe Mathews labeled a wild one") has acute  
leukemia and is in JFK hospital for chemotherapy

. Please send prayers and good vibes his way.  His e mail is fbuss at comcast.net

  If someone has Sarah Buss's phone number, she should be called.

The last time I saw Fred was at my barn raising when he came to help  
build my house when it burned.
