[Dialogue] Fred Buss

Dear colleagues,

I just received a call from Joe Thomas, who had received a call from Fred
Buss yesterday.  Fred has been diagnosed with acute leukemia and was
admitted into JFK Hospital near West Palm Beach, FL for chemotherapy.  That
is all the news Joe know at this point.
