there is a chapter in Courage to Lead on the Transestablishment. If you want I can also check the archives here and see if there is an earlier paper.

Does anyone have an article or talk they can send me explaining the transestablishment?  There were 3 dynamics that make up the "establishement" -- pro - dis - trans . . .  it became the basis for the "turn symbol -- the ica logo of the circle with the wedge over it . . .  I think Gene Marshall did the first talk on it during the summer of 1971, and I have run across it since somewhere . . . it may be in the Courage to Lead, but I don't have a copy . . .
Going on a trip Wednesday am early and could sure use something in print.
