Dear Dick,

I regret to inform you of the death of Felix N Akpe on March 19 in the USA where he
was flown to after a brief illness. He was aged 67 years.Mr. Akpe, one of the
founding fathers of NIRADO-ICA
 Nigeria, was
president of the Association for 13 years during which he served
sacrificially with all his resources. During his life time he was a great
champion of the ICA Methodologies. He will be sadly missed especially at this
difficult time when NIRADO is trying to find her feet again.A memorial service
will be held for him in Lagos on April 6 while burial will take place in the
USA on April 9, 2010.Felix is survived by his wife Julie and daughter Ada
as well as a host of friends and associates as well as Members of the Spinal
cord injury association of Nigeria.
