This is a fine list. You may want to add a book edited by Clancy Mann 
(who also wrote several major chapters) entitled "Borderless 
Business: Managing the Far-Flung Enterprise" (Westport, CT.: Praeger, 
2006) -- copyright by University of Maryland University College. It 
includes a major chapter on use of the Social Process Triangle in 
managing country risk.
