[Dialogue] Can I get arrested for doing an artform conversation?

The problem is a two sided original.  When the document feeder turns the page to scan the second side it tends to catch. So if we just scan the document as a one sided document, first one side then the other, we end up with two pdfs, one with all the odd numbered pages and one with all the even numbered pages. What I need adobe to do is bind these two files together alternating the pages to put everything in the correct order.  It will merge two files with one following the other no problem. But then you have to manually put the pages back in order.  Adobe may have a function to do this but I didn't see it right off and the version we have is 6.0
